By using the Makarska Riviera website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Operator
The Website is jointly managed by the Igrane Tourist Board, as the project holder, and the Tourist Board of the Municipality of Podgora, as the coordinator and content editor. The Website is operated on behalf of the Makarska Riviera cluster of tourist boards by the Igrane Tourist Board, Vrtina 153, 21329 Igrane, Croatia, Personal Identification Number (OIB): 13075682913, in its capacity as the project holder (see the Legal Notice). The Makarska Riviera Cluster is not a legal entity but an informal association of tourist boards.

2. Purpose of the Website
The Website is intended for the promotion of and provision of information about the tourism offering of the Makarska Riviera area, comprising the nine tourist boards listed in the Legal Notice. Information published on the Website, including descriptions of trails and attractions and the contact details of service providers, is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property
All texts, photographs, graphics, logos and other content published on the Website are protected by copyright and are owned by the Igrane Tourist Board, the Makarska Riviera Cluster or third parties that have granted the relevant rights of use. Content is provided by all tourist boards participating in the Cluster, which have given their written consent for the use of such materials. Each participating tourist board retains copyright in the materials it provides, as do all other authors of the respective materials. Copying, distributing or commercially using the content without the prior written approval of the Website operator is prohibited, except to the extent permitted by the Copyright and Related Rights Act, such as quotation with proper attribution of the source.

4. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including those of accommodation providers, agencies, guides and transport operators. The Website operator is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or privacy policies of such external websites. Users visit such websites and use their services at their own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Website operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the published content is accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee the complete accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information. Further details are provided in the separate Disclaimer.

6. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Website in accordance with applicable law and generally accepted standards of conduct and to refrain from:
- gaining unauthorised access to the system or interfering with the operation of the Website;
- publishing unlawful, offensive or harmful content through forms available on the Website, where such forms exist;
- using Website content for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.

7. Changes to These Terms
The Website operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any amendments shall take effect on the date of their publication on the Website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court determined according to the registered office of the Igrane Tourist Board.
