The content published on the Makarska Riviera website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), which is operated on behalf of the cluster of tourist boards by the Igrane Tourist Board, is provided for informational purposes and presents a general overview of the tourism offering, natural attractions, hiking trails, facilities and activities in the Makarska Riviera area. Content is provided by all tourist boards participating in the Cluster, which have given their written consent for the use of the submitted materials. The Website is jointly managed by the Igrane Tourist Board, as the project holder, and the Tourist Board of the Municipality of Podgora, as the coordinator and content editor. The Makarska Riviera Cluster is not a legal entity but an informal association of tourist boards. All legal obligations relating to the content and its publication are assumed by the Igrane Tourist Board.

Informational Nature of the Content
Information concerning walking and hiking trails, including those within Biokovo Nature Park, their level of difficulty, recommended equipment, weather conditions and organised tours, as well as other similar content, is published on the basis of the information available at the time of publication and is intended solely as general guidance. It does not constitute a professional mountaineering, meteorological or safety assessment for any specific date or individual visitor.

Disclaimer Regarding Accuracy and Timeliness
The Website operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the published information is accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee and accepts no liability for:
- changes in on-site conditions, including weather conditions, trail conditions or access closures, that have not been reflected on the Website in a timely manner;
- the acts, omissions or quality of services provided by third parties, including mountain guides, agencies, accommodation providers and transport operators, mentioned on or linked through the Website;
- any damage or injury arising from independent hiking, excursions or activities undertaken on the basis of information provided on the Website.
